So easy to mix with water and drink right after a workout that I have no excuses not to be on top of recovery. Great stuff!

I found that I was able to use this to seemingly facilitate recovery and with a great taste (at least for the chocolate version) I found myself looking forwards to workouts so I had an excuse to drink this.

Over the years i have tried many many different shakes and drinks and you name it. This is by the far the most superior product. Its not to sweet (i got the chocolate) and it easy on the stomach. I will never use another product again and the best part is its Canadian made

My endurance rides are 3+ hours. Sometimes I do 2 x 100kms during a weekend. I have found that Repair definitely helps me recover for consecutive workouts.

Always taken after hockey, hard rides or training days. Helps me refuel and be ready for the next session. Great taste and I find it very satiating.
